Sign supplies outfit Australian Visual Solutions (AVS) is boosting its business growth in Tasmania by moving into a larger factory in Moonah, Hobart. Cameron Sutherland, managing director of AVS, says the new factory will enable the company to better service its clients. Sutherland says, “This is a great step forward for the Tasmanian market, the factory is larger and will enable us to hold more stock and service our customer’s needs with an increased turnaround.” He says throughout this transition, which he says will end at the beginning of the New Year, Tassie customer orders will not be affected. “The official relocation will occur over the Christmas break with the anticipation to be fully operational in the new warehouse by January 1, 2016,” he says. “All Tasmanian customers will be notified of an exact relocation date in the coming months, and AVS look forward to celebrating at the grand opening in January 2016.”
