Customer’s Canvas offers enhanced personalisation in Web-to-Print software update

Aurigma Inc has released a major update to its flagship Customer’s Canvas Web-to-Print product which it says offers a more rapid integration and an improved user experience for print product personalisation.

It adds the new update frees users from the common hassles of managing their Web-to-Print module as it comes with a new admin panel which allows users to set up the entire personalisation process, including adding new products, configuring their best options and attributes and uploading design templates.

Dmitry Sevostyanov, CEO at Customer’s Canvas by Aurigma, said the new update is a significant milestone for the company’s flagship product.

“It’s maturing and providing an easier way for our customers to integrate web-to-print solutions,” Sevostyanov said.

“We have essentially revamped our entire product throughout the process of working on this major update.

“We implemented improvements to almost every aspect of working with Customer’s Canvas. Our goal was to boost the power of our software while also making it easier to work with. The feedback from our early users indicates that we accomplished both of those goals.”

The company says the new Customer’s Canvas update provides a comprehensive control centre for Web-to-Print integration.

Product Template Management

Aurigma says the latest update adds new capabilities for managing product design templates and their features.

“Customer’s Canvas users can now set up a template in the admin panel with the built-in editor,” the company said.

“Templates can be created from scratch or imported from uploaded Adobe InDesign or Photoshop files. In addition to creating the design, users can also set up rules for template elements to guarantee that they adhere to specific guidelines during the personalisation process. This is a great way to prevent mistakes and ensure brand consistency. Thanks to compatibility with Adobe files, employees don’t need additional skills to set up these templates in the admin panel.”

Improved Text Engine

It also comes advanced text features which makes it useful when producing text-heavy products like marketing brochures.

“Customer’s Canvas has always had a reputation for its powerful text engine and this new update expands its capabilities even further. Now, the advanced text engine is on par with desktop publishing software, even overcoming the hurdles of web technology limitations. With newly introduced pixel-perfect text rendering, Customer’s Canvas guarantees a great user experience for online editing without compromising on the quality of the final product,” the company said.
