Fuji Xerox launches entry-level Nuvera model

The Nuvera 200 EA Perfecting Production System runs at a slightly slower speed than its predecessor, the Nuvera 288, operating at 200 images per minute compared with 288 images per minute.

According to Fuji Xerox the machine is suitable for mailing bureaus, in-plant printers, commercial printers and copy shops.

Mark Williams, Fuji Xerox Australia’s product marketing manager, told ProPrint that two digital print businesses in Victoria had already snapped up machines.

“The main value proposition with the machine is its speed, productivity and image quality,” he said.

“From an efficiency perspective I can’t speak highly enough, the speed at which we are able to service our client needs without any deterioration in quality is fantastic.”

Fuji Xerox has also announced the launch of the GBC eBinder 200 inline finisher, which punches, binds and automatically finishes inline with all Nuvera machines.

Williams added that the launches were a sign of Fuji Xerox’s commitment to the black and white market in Australia.

“The monochrome cut-sheet production market remains an important area of focus and innovation for Fuji Xerox in Australia, and this latest addition highlights the continued strength in this space,” he said.
