Kwik Kopy executives to feel the pain in the name of charity

Chief executive David Bell and chief financial officer Wayne Stanton will ride in the Kwik Kopy Hands Classic in March 2014 in support of children's charity Hands Across the Water.

Bell and Stanton also took part in the two previous editions: the 2012 ride had a total of 28 participants and raised $130,000, while last year's event had 11 participants and raised $45,000.

The 2014 classic will tackle a gruelling 500km, four-day course through the NSW Snowy Mountains.

The fundraising effort will start with a breakfast launch in Sydney on 19 July, which will include a presentation by Hands Across the Water founder Peter Baines and a discussion about this year's Tour de France by former professional cyclist Trent Wilson. Click here to book.
