Neschen goes ‘bike café’ style at Fespa Madrid

Neschen, a leading manufacturer of adhesive films that can handle the most demanding of substrates, will display its range at an industrial-themed bike café-style stand at Fespa Madrid in March 2020.

Bike cafes are booming across Europe as a place for cyclists to meet, have a coffee and a chat and also receive an instant service to their bicycle while they wait with a full range of spare parts available on site.

For Fespa 2020 in Madrid, which runs from March 24 to 27, Neschen decided to mimic this theme as a way of showing off the complex applications its products can be used.

Neschen products are distributed in Australia by printing industry consumables and equipment supplier Starleaton, which itself featured a large scale display at last year’s PrintEx in Sydney, showing the vastness of its offering.

Fespa is expected to attract over 18,000 industry professionals, making it Europe’s largest international trade exhibition for the digital printing industry.

The booth, located at Hall 5 (stand 5-D55), will feature minimalistic industrial design elements made of brick, concrete, wood, iron and corrugated sheet metal and — just like an authentic bike café—with a sitting and workshop area.

Neschen Coating chief executive officer Kai Tittgemeyer said the concept is ideal for presenting Neschen’s products, featuring bikes elaborately designed with Neschen media, photo art with gudy mounting films and industrial design walls with products of the wall covering range.

“We would like to present to our visitors the diverse application possibilities of our products in a realistic environment, this year, in form of a bike café,” Tittgemeyer said.

Neschen will also be presenting new products at Fespa such as the gudy 806 hybrid adhesive. The film is described as being a unique solution, created to equip challenging substrates with self-adhesive properties, guaranteeing a long-term and reliable bond.

Neschen is also proud of its environmental credentials.

It has expanded its Green Wall range of printable wallpapers and products such as UVprint PP easy dot transparent.
