Printers large and small bring AFL footy to the masses

PMP is producing the match-day program, AFL Record. "This is off the back of a very positive, ongoing relationship with the team at PMP," said an AFL spokesperson.

Opus Group's book printer, McPherson's Printing Group, produced 14,000 copies of Season Guide, a publication more than 1,000 pages long. McPhersons said it was the ninth consecutive year it had done the job.

The AFL told ProPrint that Condor Group, Impact Digital and Mercedes Waratah supplied "the bulk of our AFL resources on coaching and umpiring, along with special events and marketing collateral".

Condor has done AFL printing for about 20 years and handled the high-profile Brownlow Medal, Hall of Fame and grand final functions in 2012, said managing director Rod Tobin.

Condor's AFL work earned it a silver medal in the 'cards & invitations' category at last year's PIXI Awards.
