The 16-year old acquisition target, bought on Monday, will be rebranded SPH Rapid Digital,

It is situated in the suburb of Artarmon, and is oriented in the colour and mono publishing, mailing, and point-of-sale printing markets.

The new company will house two Xerox iGen3 colour machines, a Xerox Nuvera machine, and several Xerox Docutechs, as well as book finishing equipment.

“We see the digital print market as core to the future of our business,” he added.

Standard Publishing House is a 107-year-old company focused on the production of corporate and educational brochures, books, diaries, flyers and stationery.
