‘Unrelenting pandemic’ forces Heimtextil cancellation

A three-in-one textiles tradeshow scheduled to held in May this year in Germany is the latest to go as the COVID-19 pandemic wears on in Europe.

Organisers of the Heimtextil, Techtextil and Texprocess trade fairs say they have been left with no choice but to cancel the show due to current regulations and ongoing international travel restrictions.

A new date of January 11 to 14, 2022 has now been set for the multi-show to be held in Frankfurt.

In place of the physical event, Nextrade, a digital marketplace for home, living and textiles is available.

Heimtextil has also launched its new trend book for 2021/22.

The book, Nothing New, Everything New, can be ordered here.
