
The launch took place last week at the BAPC conference in the UK, with Duplo UK managing director Tony Locke claiming that the company had not promoted itself well enough in the digital market.
He said: “We are seeking to redress that. We are known for booklet-makers and collators in the commercial sector, but we have eight fully-featured digital finishing systems.”
Locke added that Duplo was one of the first to market with a digital sheet reader and that it had made “extensive use” of digital barcodes such as QR codes.
“We are leaders in print-to-web,” he claimed.
