IVE Group will replicate its Braeside supersite with a new 42,000sqm building at Kemps Creek in Western Sydney and will relocate its third-party logistics (3PL) business to a 32,000sqm facility in Dandenong South, Victoria.
IVE Group MD Matt Aitken said the new Sydney supersite expands the business into horizontal adjacencies, including packaging, to drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
“The new Sydney supersite, expected to be fully operational by March 2026, will consolidate multiple sites for operating efficiencies and capacity expansion consistent with the company’s growth strategy,” Aitken said.
“Four locations will come together at the Sydney supersite including the commercial print operations from Silverwater, Brand Activations from Granville, CX and Data from Homebush, and Paper Storage for print web offset from Warwick Farm.
“The site was chosen as it is close to key transport hubs as well as IVE’s Erskine Park and Huntingwood sites bringing together the Western Sydney teams.
“The benefits of the Sydney supersite include avoiding an additional $3.1 million per year in rental costs as well as provide operational efficiencies and a centralised strategic labour pool to optimise labour mix enabling flexibility across business units and reduce external labour hire.”

IVE will also relocate to a new purpose-built 3PL facility in Dandenong South due to the approaching expiration of the company’s main 3PL lease in Braeside.
The 32,000sqm standalone facility will become the company’s largest single 3PL site as the two 3PL facilities in Sydney when combined are 37,000sqm. The new facility in Melbourne will provide an additional 60 per cent of storage capacity for IVE’s Victorian clients and increase the company’s 3PL national capacity by 30 per cent from 62,000sqm to 80,000sqm.
“Groundworks at the site commenced in December 2024, with practical completion expected in September 2025,” Aitken said.

“The building will have a 5-star green rating, with parking for all staff, solar powered electricity supply with battery storage, and end-of-trip facilities for up to 100 staff. In the initial phase, the warehouse will have state-of-the-art storage systems for over 25,000 pallets of stock, with plenty of open floor space for future growth.
“Benefits of the supersite are expected to include additional space for further 3PL expansion; dedicated in-house logistics services for JacPak and operating efficiencies through the consolidation of two existing Braeside warehouses, including common operating functions such as receiving and despatch, kitting operations co-located with daily order fulfillment and reduced duplication of resources and equipment.
“This facility will be more fit-for-purpose and provide modern working conditions for staff. Once the relocation is completed in late 2025, the 3PL business will have over 80,000sqm of modern, highly efficient logistics facilities providing IVE clients with best-in-class receiving, storage, order fulfilment and delivery of products to their networks daily. Capital expenditure and relocation costs associated with the site, largely impacting FY26, are expected to be around $2 million and $1 million respectively, with an update to be provided at the full year (FY25) results presentation.”
