The record-breaking 'World's Here To Play' Tower Building wrap (pictured) comprises 589 individual panels covering a total of 1,242sqm.
Steven Spear, general manager of Omnigraphics NZ, which is part of Opus Print Group, told ProPrint the Rugby World Cup had been a big boost to business.
"It's been busy alright. We had a record month in August and who knows how big September is going to be," he said.
"We've had to install to two new 3.2-metre HP machines to cope with the extra demand."
The Tower Building wrap was created in conjunction with Auckland, Tourism, Events and Economic Development and international advertising agency Ogilvy.
Omnigraphics also completed another 536sqm monster job for KPMG.
"The creative is superb, which has aided in having a striking end result," said Spears.
"The application went well. We contracted DesignCraft to assist and they used a team of abseilers and the weather was certainly in our favour."
Earlier this month, ProPrint reported a windfall for printers in New Zealand thanks to the Rugby World Cup.
