PES inks deal as exclusive Massivit distributor

Photo Electronics Services (PES) has signed a distributorship agreement with printer manufacturer Massivit 3D for its new Massivit 1800 printer.

PES will now be the first and only distributor in Australia of the Massivit 1800, which is equipped with the capacity to print on 3D objects.

According to PES, the machine is suited for rapid production of store display, promotional and branding objects to a maximum size of 1800 x 1500 x 1200.

PES managing director Paul Taylor says Massivit has already sold two of the 1800 models, and he expects to sell another dozen soon as interest peaks.

Taylor says twenty of the machines were ordered by international printers at this year’s drupa, and its fast printing on 3D generated a lot of interest from domestic buyers.

PES will be responsible for sales and after sales support of the new technology within Australia and New Zealand.

PES has operated in the photo and graphics industries since 1977, and is also the exclusive distributer of Durst Phototechnik imaging equipment.
