Brisbane printer offering big prizes in sporting fundraiser

Worldwide Online Printing's South Brisbane franchise will hold the 'Day of Champions' fundraising event on 2 February from 10am to 2pm.

Franchisee George Bacic said all proceeds would go towards sending his 13-year-old daughter and four teammates on a tour of the UK with the Australian futsal team.

The five girls qualified for the April tour after their Queensland team won the national titles in October. The trip is expected to cost $7,000 each.

The fundraiser will feature food, drinks, games, a jumping castle, a memorabilia auction and a major raffle, which will be drawn at 1pm.

The first prize is $5,000 cash, the second prize is a Brisbane Roar VIP experience, and the third prize is a music recording session and $1,000 of CDs.

Tickets can be bought by phoning Bacic on 0417 617 996. The franchise is located at 38 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane.
