Photobook printer Momento has installed a new Mitabook hard case binder, supplied by Graph-Pak, which is now pumping out jobs for the Christmas rush. The multi-award winning Chippendale NSW based printer is focused on the photobook market. It will use the Mitabook for the majority of its jobs, which the company says range in run length m one up to 250. The Mitabook binder is fully-automatic, hardcover, casing-in machine, designed to economically produce hardcover photo books and children’s books in small quantities, including photo books, children books, art books. PUR perfect bound book blocks can be cased in right after binding. Tom Ralph, managing director of supplier Graph-Pak says, “The Mitabook solution has practically zero make ready, occupies a small floor space, and is easy to operate.”
