Ball & Doggett promotes Zaidee Jackson to new role

Australia’s largest distributor of printable materials and consumables, Ball & Doggett, has named Zaidee Jackson as the national business development manager of sustainable packaging.

Jackson, who is based in Victoria, will transition from her current business development manager role within the company on 1 January 2022.

Ball & Doggett said the role supports the company’s commitment to the labels and packaging market, of which a key focus is its commitment to the development of sustainable packaging alternatives for industry.

With over 25 years of experience working for paper distributors and print service providers, Jackson was also most recently awarded Exceptional Woman in Print 2021 at the recent 38th National Print Awards held in Brisbane.

The past seven years in her role as business development manager in Victoria within Ball & Doggett has seen her successfully navigate profitable outcomes with her team within the creative and brand owner sectors.

Ball & Doggett said Jackson’s depth of experience and network within the industry is well suited to the functionality of the new role, which will support the navigation and dialogue between brand owners and convertors supporting the transitions pathways in a consultancy experience offered by Ball & Doggett.

Jackson will closely with the newly appointment labels and packaging general manager Leigh Hooper.
